  • Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 working days.

Questions & Answers

Where is my order?

Standard Delivery usually takes 3 - 10 working days, but in some cases, it may be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if you encounter a slight delay, small delays do happen for various reasons out of our control.

When will my package arrive?

If you ordered before 12:00 on any weekday, we will dispatch your order the same day! Your package should arrive within 3 - 10 working days. Please see your "Walletking order shipped" email, to see if you received a tracking number for your package.

If you received your tracking number please see How Track & Trace work to see exactly where your package is, and what might be causing a delay.

If you did not receive a tracking number, it is because your order was shipped as regular mail due to its small size and value. But please be patient! It will probably arrive shortly.
It is super rare that we have any problems with missing packages.


IF IT HASN’T ARRIVED AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Please check your order confirmation email and see the exact address we shipped your order to. Is the address 100% correct?
  2. Please make sure that your name is listed on your mailbox, it is very important! Otherwise, sometimes the postal service won't deliver your package.
  3. Please contact us, and tell us if there is any problem with your address or name on the mailbox. Our awesome customer service team will then help you out and send you a new replacement package immediately!
  4. We will start an investigation for the missing package, usually, some post office will find it in the wrong box or wrong corner, and it will be returned to us.

How do I track my order ?

Please check your "Walletking Order shipped" email, if your tracking number begins with the letters LY your order is fully trackable here. If you cannot find a tracking number or if your tracking code begins with QU, it is because your order was dispatched as post, due to its small size and it is only partly trackable here
